This process applies specifically to EHS wedding packages where Events Hype Squad is asked to source or introduce a wedding venue on your behalf.

During the complimentary quotation stage, EHS does not provide the venue name, exact address, postcode, website, social media pages or identifiable venue photographs. Full venue details are released after the £150 EHS Venue Sourcing & Introduction stage has been completed.

We Present the Option

We can tell you the general area, guest capacity, venue style, relevant facilities, availability and EHS package price. The venue name and identifying details are not provided at this stage.

Venue Sourcing & Introduction

£150 to Progress

If you like the proposed option and want to know which venue EHS has sourced, the £150 Venue Sourcing & Introduction Payment is required. We then release the venue name, photographs and full venue details for your review.

Important Payment Information

What Happens to the £150?

The £150 pays for the EHS Venue Sourcing & Introduction Service. Please understand what happens to it before asking EHS to progress.

If You Proceed With EHS

Your £150 Is Credited

If you approve the venue and proceed with the EHS wedding package, the £150 is credited towards your quoted package total.

For example, on an £8,000 package the £150 forms part of the £8,000. It is not added on top.

If You Choose Not to Proceed

The Sourcing Service Has Still Been Provided

If EHS completes the agreed sourcing and introduction service, releases the venue details, and you then choose not to continue with the wider wedding package, the £150 is not automatically refunded simply because you decide not to proceed.

The £150 relates to sourcing and introduction work already carried out by EHS. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If EHS Cannot Provide the Agreed Service

Your Consumer Rights Still Apply

The £150 is not a blanket "no refunds under any circumstances" payment. If EHS cannot provide the agreed Venue Sourcing & Introduction Service, any appropriate refund or remedy will be handled under the applicable EHS terms and your statutory consumer rights.

In Simple Terms

The £150 pays EHS for sourcing and introducing the venue. If you book the wider EHS wedding package, we credit the £150 towards it. If we complete the sourcing and introduction, reveal the venue, and you later decide not to continue, the £150 is not automatically returned simply because you changed your mind.

A Few Important Things to Know

The £150 does not itself book or secure the wedding venue. It covers the EHS Venue Sourcing & Introduction stage and allows the full venue information to be released.

Once the details are released, you can review the venue and, where applicable, arrange a viewing before deciding whether to proceed with the wider EHS wedding package.

If you approve the venue and want to secure your wedding booking, the required main booking deposit will then become payable.

Already have your own wedding venue? This process does not apply where you have already selected or booked a venue and are approaching EHS for production, styling or other services.

This process applies only to EHS wedding packages requiring EHS venue sourcing or introduction. It does not apply to separate celebration packages.

Venue availability remains subject to confirmation until the required booking payment is received and the booking is formally secured. EHS payment, cancellation and booking terms apply. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

Events Hype Squad is a London-based event styling, planning and management company creating refined weddings, private celebrations and corporate events.

Led by brother & sister Mohsin and Safina, our approach combines creative design, thoughtful planning and calm coordination. We work together as equal event leads, overseeing every detail from the first concept and supplier conversations through to installation and final venue checks.

How do I book?

Complete our enquiry form or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We’ll discuss your requirements, provide a personalised quotation and, once you’re happy to proceed, your booking will be secured with the required booking deposit and acceptance of the applicable booking terms.

How much do your services cost?

Every event is unique, so pricing depends on factors such as the venue, guest numbers, décor requirements, personalisation and location. Our packages typically start from £300+, with bespoke quotations available for larger events and weddings.

If EHS finds my wedding venue, when will I receive the venue details?

For EHS wedding packages where we are sourcing or introducing the venue, the initial quotation stage is anonymous.

We can provide the general area, guest capacity, venue style, relevant facilities, availability and EHS package price, but we do not release the venue name, exact address, postcode, website, social media details or identifiable photographs at this stage.

To progress with the venue, the £150 EHS Venue Sourcing & Introduction Payment is required. We then release the full venue identity and relevant details so you can review it and, where applicable, arrange a viewing.

This applies only where EHS sources or introduces a venue for an applicable wedding package. It does not apply if you already have your own venue or to separate celebration packages.

What happens to the £150 Venue Sourcing & Introduction Payment?

The £150 pays for the separate EHS Venue Sourcing & Introduction Service. It is not the main wedding booking deposit and does not itself reserve or secure the venue.

If you proceed with the applicable EHS wedding package, the £150 is credited towards your agreed package total. It is not added on top.

If EHS completes the agreed sourcing and introduction service, releases the venue details and you then choose not to proceed with the wider EHS wedding package, the £150 is not automatically refunded solely because you decide not to continue. It relates to the sourcing and introduction service already provided.

If EHS cannot provide the agreed service, or where a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, this will be handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

What events do you decorate?

We provide décor and styling for:

  • weddings, Mehndi and Walima;
  • engagements and birthday parties;
  • baby showers and gender reveals;
  • corporate, charity and seasonal events;
  • christenings and graduations; and
  • private celebrations.
Which areas do you cover?

We are based in South West London and cover London and the surrounding counties. We also travel further afield for larger events, with travel charges applying where appropriate.

Do you offer personalised décor?

Yes. We can create personalised welcome signs, seating plans, backdrops, dance floors, balloons, neon displays and other bespoke décor to match your event theme.

Can you match my colour scheme?

Absolutely. We work closely with you to create a design that complements your chosen colour palette and overall vision. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, materials and product availability.

Do you provide venue setup and takedown?

Yes. Our service includes professional setup before your event and collection afterwards at the agreed time, allowing you to enjoy your celebration without the stress.

Do I need to provide anything?

No. We provide the agreed décor and equipment. Where any client-supplied items are required, we’ll confirm these during the planning process.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings and peak dates. Last-minute bookings may still be available depending on our schedule.

What happens if I need to change my booking?

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes where possible. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the request, work already completed and additional supplier or event costs.

Are booking deposits refundable?

Booking deposits are used to reserve your event date and may cover planning, administration, staffing and supplier commitments.

If a booking is cancelled, some or all of the deposit may be retained where reasonable and permitted by law, depending on work completed, commitments made and the circumstances of cancellation.

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Client Service Agreement for the terms applying to your booking. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

What if my venue has decorating restrictions?

Please let us know about any venue rules before your event. We’ll work with you and the venue to create a safe and compliant setup wherever possible.

Are you insured?

Yes. We maintain appropriate business insurance for the services we provide. Documentation can be made available to venues upon request.
